Team management
Invite colleagues, manage memberships, and protect continuous Organization Admin access.
The Team page is available only to Organization Admins. It shows memberships and invitations for the current workspace.
Invitations
Invite a colleague by email and role. Pending invitations can be resent or revoked. The invited person securely establishes their own password during acceptance.
Membership changes
Organization Admins can change a member’s role, deactivate access, and reactivate eligible memberships. Impact information is shown on demand where a membership change affects owned CRM work.
Last-admin protection
The last active Organization Admin cannot be demoted or deactivated. Add another trusted Organization Admin before changing the only remaining administrator.
Offboarding
Review owned Leads, Deals, and Work Items before deactivation. Reassign active work deliberately so customers and follow-ups retain clear ownership.
Review the Team page
Use memberships to understand each person’s current role and access state. Pending invitations are separate from active members and may be resent or revoked. Accepted, expired, and revoked states help explain why an invitation can or cannot be used.
Change access deliberately
Before changing a role, review the impact information shown by the application. A move from Sales Manager to Sales Executive may remove broad management and reassignment capabilities. Deactivation prevents active workspace access but does not automatically solve ownership of open work.
Protect administration continuity
Keep at least one active Organization Admin. WebPro CRM prevents demoting or deactivating the last active administrator. When responsibilities change, establish another trusted administrator before removing the only remaining one.
A safe offboarding sequence
- Review owned Leads, Deals, and Work Items.
- Reassign customer-facing work to eligible active memberships.
- Confirm urgent follow-ups still have an owner.
- Deactivate the membership.
- Verify the Team page reflects the intended state.
Do not share accounts or invite generic addresses to avoid membership administration. Individual users preserve ownership and accountability.
