Getting started

Welcome to WebPro CRM

Start with the core ideas behind WebPro CRM and learn how the workspace supports a consistent sales process.

WebPro CRM brings Leads, customer relationships, Deals, follow-ups, and sales activity into one shared workspace. It is designed to answer three practical questions: Who owns this opportunity? What stage is it in? What happens next?

What you can manage

  • Leads capture new enquiries and early conversations.
  • Contacts and Companies preserve customer relationships.
  • Deals and Pipeline show qualified commercial opportunities.
  • Tasks & Follow-Ups keep next actions visible and accountable.
  • Activities, Notes, and Timeline preserve useful customer context.

Your first session

Begin at the Dashboard, review the main navigation, and open Leads. Organization Admins should also review Workspace settings, the Sales Pipeline, currencies, Lead Sources, Lost Reasons, and Team access before wider use.

Your first goal is not to enter every piece of historic information. Confirm that the workspace is correct, learn where Leads and Tasks live, and understand who owns each open item. A useful first session normally takes this order:

  1. Review the Dashboard for overdue work and active sales signals.
  2. Open Leads and inspect how names, Lead Numbers, sources, owners, and statuses are presented.
  3. Open Pipeline to understand how qualified opportunities are grouped.
  4. Open Tasks & Follow-Ups and identify the work assigned to you.
  5. Try Global CRM Search with a customer name or Lead Number.

A simple operating principle

The CRM is most valuable when it describes the next real sales action. Recording a Lead without an owner or leaving an active Deal without a follow-up creates a list, not a working sales system. Capture enough context that another permitted colleague can understand what has happened and what should happen next.

For example, LD-000128 — Rahul Sharma should show the Referral source, the current Contacted status, a responsible owner, and a follow-up such as “Review ecommerce website and prepare Growth Diagnostic.”

What WebPro CRM does not decide for you

The system preserves structure and history, but the team still decides whether an enquiry is qualified, when a proposal is ready, and whether an opportunity has genuinely been won or lost. Update records when business reality changes; do not move stages merely to make the Pipeline look active.

Keep customer data in the right workspace

Your login is connected to an active workspace membership. WebPro CRM keeps each workspace’s records separate. If you belong to more than one workspace, select the correct one before beginning work.
