Navigation & workspace
Learn the WebPro CRM app shell, primary modules, Global Search, and role-aware administration links.
Main navigation
The sidebar links to Dashboard, Leads, Contacts, Companies, Deals, Pipeline, Tasks & Follow-Ups, and Activities. Team and administrative Settings appear only when your role grants access.
The workspace name and your account area help confirm where you are working. On smaller screens, use the navigation trigger to open the same module list in a mobile-friendly drawer.
Global tools
The header provides CRM Search and Quick Create. Search finds Leads, Contacts, Companies, and Deals inside your current workspace. Quick Create opens an existing creation workflow rather than a simplified or separate form.
Settings navigation
Organization Admins can access workspace configuration including Workspace, Currencies, Lead Sources, Lost Reasons, Sales Pipeline, and Data Export. Profile, Security, and Appearance are account settings.
A useful orientation
Use the Dashboard to decide what needs attention, the Pipeline to review opportunity movement, and Tasks & Follow-Ups to manage next actions. Open individual records when you need their complete customer context and Timeline.
Global tools
Global Search finds permitted Leads, Contacts, Companies, and Deals from the header. Use Cmd+K or Ctrl+K to focus it quickly. Quick Create opens the full existing creation workflow for the record types your role may create.
Workspace context
The workspace name helps confirm where data belongs. If your account has multiple active memberships, select the intended workspace before entering information. Records, configuration, roles, and search results remain isolated between workspaces.
Mobile navigation
On a smaller screen, use the menu controls to open the application navigation or Help Center guide drawer. Select the destination, then return to the record content. Keyboard focus and Escape dismissal remain available for interactive menus.
Find information efficiently
Use module lists for filtering and broader review, Pipeline for stage-by-stage opportunity review, and record details for complete relationships and history. Avoid using browser bookmarks as a substitute for checking the current workspace and record owner.
Role-aware navigation hides unavailable administration areas, but the server remains the authority. A hidden link does not imply that ordinary shared CRM viewing is unavailable.
