Getting started

First login

Sign in securely, select your workspace when needed, and understand what you see after login.

Open WebPro CRM and enter the email address and password associated with your account. A team member joining through an invitation follows the secure invitation link to establish access; an administrator does not choose that person’s password.

After authentication, WebPro CRM opens the Dashboard when an active workspace can be resolved. If your account belongs to multiple workspaces, select the workspace you intend to use.

If you cannot sign in

Check the email address carefully and use the password reset option when appropriate. If access was deactivated, contact your Organization Admin.

What determines access

Your role and active workspace membership determine which modules and actions are available. Navigation visibility is helpful guidance, while the server also checks permission whenever you open or change protected data.

Security habits

  • Use an individual account rather than sharing credentials.
  • Keep passwords private.
  • Sign out on shared devices.
  • Confirm you are working in the intended workspace before entering customer information.

What you should see after login

The Dashboard is the normal starting point. The left navigation shows the CRM areas your role may use, while the header provides Global Search and Quick Create. Organization Admins also see Team and administrative Settings. A Sales Executive will still see shared sales records but will not see administration links they cannot use.

If you have access to more than one workspace, WebPro CRM asks you to choose rather than silently mixing data. Check the workspace name in the application shell before creating or updating a record.

A five-minute orientation

  1. Open Dashboard and review the summary cards and work requiring attention.
  2. Open Leads and identify the Lead Number, status, source, and owner columns.
  3. Open Pipeline and inspect how current Deals are grouped by stage.
  4. Open Tasks & Follow-Ups to see owned work and due dates.
  5. Press Cmd+K on macOS or Ctrl+K elsewhere and search for a known customer or Lead Number.

Common sign-in problems

An expired invitation must be resent by an Organization Admin. A revoked invitation cannot be accepted. If your membership has been deactivated, resetting your password will not restore workspace access; ask an administrator to review your membership instead. Avoid repeatedly guessing passwords, and never ask another user to share their login.
